Release of the Spirit - the breaking of the outward man

The greatest hinderances to living effectively for Christ are not external circumstances, hardships, or the state of the society we live in, but an unrenewed mind and will that is not fully yielded to God.  In this book Watchman Nee teaches that there needs to come in every believers life a time when the 'outer man' is broken so that God's Spirit can be released.  It is the only way for the Spirit to have complete freedom in a persons life.
